The Soaring Capital Soccer Club was founded in 1984, and for 40 years has been the Southern Tier’s premier soccer program. Serving Schuyler, Chemung, Steuben County in New York, and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania, we offer year round training for players from U8 to U19. Our teams compete in various leagues in New York, including the Broome County Soccer Association, New York West Thruway and Champions League, and indoor leagues. All of our teams feature US Soccer Certified coaches, and we strive to provide the best and most appropriate training environment in the Southern Tier. 

The club practices and plays at Notre Dame High School in Elmira, NY, and also has an indoor facility located on Philo Rd in Horseheads. The addition of the indoor facility has allowed our players to train in a quality environment year-round.
